Wonderful company! I had Jason D. and Trae S. come into my salon to install my salon bowl/sink and they got it done in a quick and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this company and they go above and beyond for their customers!

Jason came on 3/9 and 3/10 (with Trey) to install a clean out valve and perform a flush of the pipes. Very thorough and professional. Explained why the problem happened and tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. Very pleased with Mr. Rooter Plumbing and will be sure to call on them again ! Will recommend Jason to others.

Excellent experience with Fisher and Morgan. Prompt response to my call, offered a variety of quotes for solutions both immediate and future-proofing related to issue, and they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly before, during, and after their work.

We had a broken sewer pipe that, due to its original installation in 1987, had been routed through our neighbors' property. Since the break was on the neighbors' side of the fence separating our lots, we needed a new line installed on our side. The work was started and completed in timely fashion and was, by all indications, very professionally done. Communication was consistently good, and everyone involved gets a high recommendation on that count. The price, however... wow. It was through the roof, beyond anything we could have expected, especially after a couple of other consultations. Had this not been an emergency situation, we would have spent more time consulting with various contractors and obtaining additional quotes. Those we did get were considerably less, but we chose Mr. Rooter because their evaluation did strike us as the most comprehensive and time was of the essence. Thus, while the work may have been completed at a "fair" price, I'd be hard pressed to claim it was a "good" value when you consider that the full week's work cost nearly $60K for approximately 50 ft of new sewer line.

I have now used this company to clean out a blocked pipe so that my family could continue to actually use our plumbing AND to dig up my front yard and remove and replace a section of my plumbing that was around 3/4ths blocked by a tree root. They came and got the problem fixed and everyone in the house is pleased to be able to use the plumbing without restrictions again. I would have loved to have spent less money on the repairs but have zero complaints past that. It cost what it cost and the work was expertly done. I personally 100% recommend this company. The two plumbing pros, Mr. Anderson and Isai (not sure of his last name), were great and did a hell of a good job. Thanks for the great work.

Great company to use, Dewayne was super helpful, professional and straightforward about pricing. Belinda from the office is nice and helpful. Unlike may other companies I have used in the past. I would highly recommend them

They got the job done but at a very expensive cost ! 415.00 dollars to clear a clogged bathtub of hair which took ten minutes. btw.... I took the least expensive option of the three prices they quote. I’m adding this because of the owner’s response. The two hours he was there was taking pics, writing a 35 min estimate, 10 Min for the job and another 30 minutes talking about the economy. I looked up the average price for the job I had done and it runs around 250.00 SO YES we paid to much! Just beware they will come but you might have to sell your first born.

Dwayne came straight in and automatically accessed our problem. We had two other plumbers to come out and were unsuccessful. He knew exactly what was wrong; fixed it and didn't even leave any type of mess. He was really nice and professional. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber.
